My distinctive background has provided me with a skillset unique to most software engineers. I have managed teams of over 130 people; I understand that people are my greatest assets and I always have a team-first mentality. Additionally, I have spent over 5 years managing 24/7 production process areas and facilities. I am a competitive, results-driven leader with a "get things done" attitude and a heavy focus on efficiency and scalability.
My passion has always been for people and helping them achieve their larger than life goals. I see technology as the ultimate tool for bringing people together and driving growth. I saw an opportunity to combine my leadership and management experience with the hardskills of modern programming languages to enable me to better serve that passion in my career. Throughout my career in manufacturing, I was enamored with the PLCs that controlled all of the equipment and conveyors throughout production.

I strove to become the resident expert for PLCs at our brewery. I continued to learn our systems and started implementing better infrastructure to aid in troubleshooting and scalability.
